🐄 We're a small crew of homesteaders, ex-ranch hands, and app builders who got tired of juggling spreadsheets, sticky notes, and half-remembered ear tag numbers every time a heifer went into labor. MooeyCoey grew out of our own barn notebooks — the ones with coffee rings and torn corners.
🌾 Our mission is simple: give every homesteader, breeder, and rancher a herd-management companion that works as hard as they do, without demanding a cellular signal, a subscription team of analysts, or a computer science degree to operate from the milking parlor.

MooeyCoey: Livestock & Herd Tracker was designed from day one as an offline-first farm journal. This policy explains, in plain language, that the app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or animal data whatsoever — every ear tag, weight curve, breeding date, and pasture note you enter lives locally on your own device.
MooeyCoey collects nothing. We do not ask for your name, email, location, or any identifying information to use the app, and we never request access to your contacts, photos beyond what you manually attach to an animal profile, or device identifiers for tracking purposes.
Because no information is transmitted to us, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, or monetize. Herd counts, birth rates, and category breakdowns shown in the app are calculated entirely on your device for your eyes only.
All herd profiles, vaccination logs, breeding calendars, weight records, and pasture rotation notes are stored locally within the app's own storage on your phone or tablet. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud server, and we do not operate any backend database of user or animal information.
MooeyCoey does not embed third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or behavioral trackers. There are no software development kits quietly phoning home in the background while you log a calving or a deworming treatment.
Since your farm records never leave your device, there is no remote database that could be breached. Your device's own operating system safeguards (passcode, biometric lock, encryption) provide the primary layer of protection for your locally stored herd data.
MooeyCoey is a general-audience farm management tool and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from any user at all. The app is fully compliant with the spirit of COPPA by design.
There are no user accounts, logins, or cloud profiles to manage. All your herd records exist only within the app itself, so uninstalling MooeyCoey permanently and completely removes every entry, photo, and log you created.
Should our data practices ever change, we will revise this policy and update the Effective Date above before the new terms take effect within the app. We encourage checking back periodically, though our commitment to zero data collection is not expected to change.
